TUTORIAL: Recipe for Cherry Pie.

TUTORIAL

Reteta pentru prajitura cu visine



Ingrediente:
250 g zahar
4 oua
150 ml ulei
300 g faina
2 plicuri zahar vanilat sau 1 fiola cu esenta de vanilie
coaja rasa de la o lamaie
1/2 plic praf de copt
1/2kg de visine fara samburi
(se pot folosi si caise, prune sau piersici taiate in sferturi sau capsuni)

Pentru ornat:
zahar pudra vanilat
Mod de preparare:
 Se mixeaza ouale cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat pana se obtine o compozitie pufoasa apoi se adauga treptat uleiul iar la sfarsit se adauga si faina, obligatoriu cernuta, impreuna cu 1/2 plic praf de copt. Se mixeaza totul in continuare pana cand intreaga compozitie devine omogena.

 Se toarna compozitia intr-o tava de aragaz in care s-a pus anterior, pana la marginea de sus a tavii, hartie de copt (sau se tapeteaza tava cu faina).
 Se aseaza uniform in compozitie, una langa alta, visinele curatate de samburi si scurse de zeama.
 Nu este necesar sa incingeti cuptorul dinainte. Se lasa tava la foc iute aproximativ 10 – 15 minute pana cand compozitia a crescut iar apoi se coace la foc mediu spre mic pana cand compozitia va trece testul cu scobitoarea si va prinde o culoare frumoasa dar totusi prajitura nu trebuie sa fie prea inchisa la culoare.

 Se scoate tava din cuptor si se lasa cateva minute sa se raceasca prajitura din ea iar apoi se pudreaza zaharul vanilat deasupra. Cand prajitura s-a racit complet se poate taia in tava si apoi se poate aranja pe un platou.
 Este usor si rapid de realizat si este o prajitura foarte buna, racoroasa, de vara.

Recipe for Cherry Pie

Ingredients:
250 g of sugar
4 eggs
150 ml of oil
300 g flour
8 g of vanilla sugar
peel of a lemon
8 g baking powder
1/2kg of cherries without seeds (you can also use apricots, plums or peaches, cut into quarters, or strawberries)

For the ornament:
vanilla powder sugar

Preparation:
Mix the eggs with the sugar and with the vanilla sugar until a fluffy composition is obtained, then gradually add the oil and finally add the flour, mandatory flour sifted, together with 8 g baking powder. Mix everything until the composition becomes homogeneous.
Pour the composition into a flat tray where the baking paper is placed until the top edge of the tray.
 Lay together in the composition, one next to each other, the cherries without their seeds and juice.
It is not necessary to heat the oven beforehand. Leave the high heat for about 10-15 minutes until the composition has grown and then bake at a medium to low heat, until the composition passes the test with the toothpick and will catch a nice color, but still the pie should not be too brown.
Remove the pie from the oven and leave for a few minutes  and then put the vanilla sugar over the pie.
 When the pie is completely cold, it can be cut into the tray and then it can be arranged on a plateau.
It's easy and fast to make and is a good summer pie.
